Error while saving

Get an error while saving on iphone... It is the first time it happend and so far it doesn’t work. Im bit bussy now.. I will try to restart the phone and if it won’t work Ill try to send proper error report

2 other people have reported this to me on the French forum and I suggested them to try to delete the app and reinstall it (after keeping a copy of your accounts file of course). They didn't answer me yet so I don't know if it works.

Just tried it. Yes it worked but all my settings and preferences are lost

I’m suddenly receiving these error messages on both iPhone and iPad as well. I can’t save any transactions, but also get “error while saving document” when trying to use either backup option, so am concerned about deleting and reinstalling. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately deleting and reinstalling the app is the only known solution. Just be careful to save your accounts file first using iTunes file sharing.

I'm having the same issue. Re-installing is a bit inconvenient but that's fine as long as it fixes the issue.

I also had the same problem (iPhone 6s/iOS 11.0.3)... I uninstalled and installed the app and everything returned to normal.

Yes, it's really a shame they don't fix those nasty iOS 11 / macOS 10.13 bugs…
