Make sure you launch iCompta on the iPhone before trying to sync. What kind of network do you have at home ? WiFi via a wireless modem / router or something else ?superka wrote:iCompta Mac cannot find my iPhone..

Re: Sync problem..please..
"Bonjour" has to be enabled to let the Mac find your iPhone and maybe your router has too restrictive firewall settings that prevent it from working.superka wrote:i have a modem/router wireless WiFi. If you need this evening i can provide its model and brand..
Yes please tell me model and brand and I'll check if I can find something.
Yes but in fact I don't need it as your iPhone isn't found by the Mac.superka wrote:did you get the tab?

maybe the problem is more simple then imaged..Angeman wrote:"Bonjour" has to be enabled to let the Mac find your iPhone and maybe your router has too restrictive firewall settings that prevent it from working.

i'm a newbee for mac and maybe should i set something particular on firewall configuration? Should i enable iCompta work with macbook firewall? Or should i stop the firewall at all?
What you mean for "Bonjour has to be enabled to let the Mac find your iPhone"? What should i do?
Sorry for those stupid questions and thanks for your patience

Yes you should try that.superka wrote:Or should i stop the firewall at all?
Bonjour is a protocol that allows devices to find and connect to other devices on the network and it can be blocked if your firewall is too restrictive.superka wrote:What you mean for "Bonjour has to be enabled to let the Mac find your iPhone"? What should i do?
