Filter list of transactions by category

quite a basic question and even after reading the user guide I did not find the answer .. how do I filter the list of transactions in an account for only a given category ?

Sorry the screenshot is in French but it shouldn't be a problem. There is a category button in the filter bar but it's probably hidden in your case.
