Missing Items on Direct Connect Import

Missing Items on Direct Connect Import

I just opened iComputa, which automatically performs an import using the Direct Connect to my bank. However, I found that one of the items is missing. There should have been two transactions of the same value ($4.25) from the same vendor and on the same date. However there is only one.

I am not sure how I can force this to re-sync with that entry. My other applications (Moneywell, Essentials) had no problem.

In the automatic import screen you can change the last import date for your direct connect configuration. Set it to a day before the missing transaction for example and launch the download again.

@Angeman - that worked.... I also had to change it from 'ignore'. I think the issue might be more of a user communication issue... I generally expect that the import should just work without intervention on the direct connects... and that the unique transaction ID be used to distinguish between the transactions. Just a thought.

Can you download your transactions again and click on show details at the end ? Then you could copy/paste the OFX log so that I can check if there is a problem with the unique IDs of the transactions.
Thanks
