Evening all,
I've just loaded in all my securities which I currently own, one of which is Fidelity Special Values (Symbol LON:FSV) which currently has a share price of £8.33.
However when I add the symbol, iCompta automatically searches for the last quote and import £833 rather than £8.33. This has happened for all of my securities; the software has loaded in the price in £ rather than pence.
Any help would be great!
Many thanks in advance.

Re: Securities - Amount (Pounds not pence)
In addition, is there a feature on iCompta to manually update the share price?
Cheers!

Google Finance displays 833.00 indeed so you can create a new currency, name it "Pence" for example, set its change rate to 0.01 and assign it to this security.
You can do it with the third button in the bottom toolbar.macka87 wrote:In addition, is there a feature on iCompta to manually update the share price?

Apologies for the annoying questions...however would it be possible you could set me through the process of setting up a new currency etc...I'm new to iCompta and currently struggling to understand how to implement your comments above.

Re: Securities - Amount (Pounds not pence)
Select "Currencies" in the main list and then click on +. Put "PENCE" for example in the code field, p in symbol for example and 0.01 in the change rate field.
