Hi,
I would like to know if I can handle credit card charges in a wiser way.
Every month I get the total of my credit card charged to my bank account. Since I want to keep track of the expenses, and it usually includes maybe 20 or more transactions it is a nightmare to split it one by one and assign category etc.
At the same time I can download the individual movements of the credit card to an excel/csv file from my bank.
Instead of manually splitting each month the credit card charges in the transaction registered in my bank account, is there a smarter way of doing it?
Thanks

Re: Handling credit card charges
Yes you could use the deferred debit card feature : https://www.icompta-app.com/help.php#credit_cards
To summarize, you need to create a new account that will hold credit card transactions (and you can import your bank files there) and iCompta will create a transfer each month between this account and your main account.
