You probably need to to activate "OFX direct connect" for "Quicken" on your bank's web site.

It never worked for me
I tried to program it once, but it didn't work and I gave up. Trying again.
It's the first one I'm trying to create

Sorry I don't know why it doesn't work, it seems OFX Direct Connect is less and less supported by banks…
