Filling Transactions

Why when I'm filling out a transaction using the Tab key, the cursor jumps from the "Number" field to the field "Comment" and not to the "Category" field?
Necessarily I have to use the mouse (which slows the filling) to choose the category and subcategory of the transaction?

Select that button in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts :

And what about how to choose the category/sub-category of the transaction without having to use the mouse to be faster?

You don't have to use the mouse, you can use the arrows of the keyboard to choose the category.
