creating new categories in iCompta 5

Transferring over to iCompta 5 I have all my pre-existing categories and subcategories. However, I can't find where I can add, name and manage new categories. The new category option at the bottom of the scroll list, doesn't allow me to name the category, change its color or make it a subcategory. The Manage Categories section in the user guide shows a dialogue box for managing categories, but I can't find the way to get to it. I am missing something obvious perhaps. How do I find my way to add, name and manage new categories? Thanks.

You have to select "Categories" line in the list on the left (under the accounts).
