Transfer movements from the bank

I have just bought the product and I am trying to import figures from my bank.
I only received the files in excel and when I closed the excel I recorded as csv file (that it is the unique extension I have).
After that, I import the file csv to the program, and I have problems just with the positive numbers (incomes).
Ex.- Income of 115,4 and it appears as 0.14
Please, can anybody help me?
