Month expand/fold shortcuts

How about adding shortcuts for expanding and folding up the months in the transactions table?

- shortcut for expanding down the selected month
- shortcut for folding up the selected month
- shortcut for expanding down all months
- shortcut for folding up all months

Would be really useful.
