Natwest - Direct OFX information

Hey all, first time user.

The factory settings for Natwest don't seem to include any details for Direct OFX, even though the website clearly stated Natwest supports it before I paid for, and downloaded the app. Does anyone know them?

Sorry but the web site clearly states the opposite :

You have to use the embedded browser instead, but honestly it only takes a few seconds and extra mouse clicks.
