Direct download problems
I am trying to use the OFX direct download with both my USAA accoutns and my Chase credit account on my ipad. I entered all my account info correct, but when I try to download my transactions the USAA account says "USAA could not find the account requested." I contacted USAA about this, but they said it was the app, not something they could advise me on. When I try to download from my Chase account, the error message reads "USER NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM WITH THIS APPLICATION." I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am not at all technically literate, so if anyone can help, that would be wonderful, but please explain it in terms a child could understand (screenshots?) lol. I think this will be a great app, once I get it all set up, but until I can get everything connected, it doesn't do me much good. Thanks so much!

Can you copy/paste the full text that appears when you click on the details button of the error alert ? Thanks
