using values of fields in rules

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to use the values of fields in rules in addition to strings. I would need to copy the contents from Comment to Name.
Why do I need to do that?
I have managed to get the OFX download working for my bank, but the transaction details get filled into comment instead of name, which just displays "New Transaction". With the rules I could use an automated way to "fix" that.

Note: I use the german version, so all the field names are re-translations into English. Hope they are correct.
