Just need some help. How do we move transactions up and down. Say I have 4 debit transactions on same date but after OFX import, they are not matching up as appear in my bank. Even if I am adding transactions manually, I can't move/drag/sort transactions within that particular day. So all I want is to drag the transaction from the last and move it to the very first on that particular date.
I can't seem to find dragging transactions within same date. Tried lots of ways but unsuccessful.
Thanks,
Raehan

Re: Moving/Dragging Transactions
This is not possible yet but it will be in V5.
Re: Moving/Dragging/Sequencing Transactions
Thanks. I will desperately wait for v5. May I dare to ask an ETA?
I am in the midst of finalising which software to adopt as my primary financial analysis. So far I have three short listed
1. MoneyWell (in beta testing for new version, which is awesome but not enough freedom to migrate data from MW to spreadsheet). Will see when they release it shortly. Love the envelop style budget, which helps in not going into debts.
2. iFinance (Nice but split transactions don't show up in CSV export).
3. iCompta (Great overall) But need some polish in regards to GUI. Split transactions don't automatically adjust the amount, only shows unspent percentage. Love the export transactions to CSV feature as it gives me freedom to further analyse my data in the spreadsheet. Good to have bimonthly option in repetition as I get my salary on the 15th and 30th (mostly last week day of the month)
All above are great apps. One lacks one feature then the other lacks another. So you don't get everything in one but the primary reason for me leaning towards iCompta is just because of ability to export as CSV file which also shows split transactions very nicely. All other applications are missing this feature. I really appreciate all the efforts that iCompta staff put into the development of iCompta. Looking forward for further growth and advancements.
