I am a new user of icompta. I can't seem to find a way to reconcile my accounts to my bank statement (either via download from Chase or manually). I have checked the user guide and can only find that it can be done, but no specifics on how it can be done. I am using version 4.0.11 on mac os x.
Is there a more detailed user manual or help system that I am not seeing. Where can I get info on reconciling accounts?

You just have to set the status of the transactions to "reconciled" and check that the reconciled balance written under the account is equal to the balance on your bank's web site.
