Hi Angeman,
I was wondering if it is possible to use "Set Variable" to create a variable that stores the balance from one account.
I have my personal cash account from where I pay my credit card every month.
If I could set a variable that stores my credit card balance I could use it on my cash account scheduled transactions so the amount is updated every time a new transaction is inserted on my credit card account.
is there a way to do it??
Thanks
Use of "set Variable"

You don't use rules for that, what you describe is just a credit card account : https://www.icompta-app.com/help.php#credit_cards

I have followed the instructions from the link you have sent but I have one question, please.Angeman wrote: ↑04 March 2022, 20:29 You don't use rules for that, what you describe is just a credit card account : https://www.icompta-app.com/help.php#credit_cards
The 25th is the date when they close my CC statement and the 14th is when I actually pay my CC.
What I didn't understand is why the value dates ended up being different on every month ahead.
Weren't they supposed to be always the same (the 14th in my case)??
Please see the screenshot attached.
Thanks!
