When launching iCompta on my Mac, it seems to be deleting the data stored in iCloud.
If I save while the app is running, or save on my iPhone, I can see the data from the “Open” menu.
However, if I save on my iPhone and confirm that the data is in iCloud, then launch the app on my Mac, the data appears to be gone.
Is there any way to prevent this?
macOS: 15,3 & 15.4, iCompta: 6.1.23

Re: Data on iCloud
What exactly do you mean by this ? Can you take a screenshot ? The data is stored locally on your iPhone and Mac and iCompta put synchronization data on iCloud for you when you enable iCloud synchronization. You can refer to "Step by step to activate Dropbox or iCloud synchronization" : http://www.icompta-app.com/help.php?sys ... ronization

The first screenshot shows what appears after tapping the iCloud button on the iPhone after saving the file.
The second screenshot shows what appears after tapping the iCloud button after launching iCompta on the Mac.

Re: Data on iCloud
Thanks for the screenshots, this is very strange indeed. Has it always been like this or did it work normally before ?
Re: Data on iCloud
It used to sync normally until recently, but now it’s behaving like this.
I’ve tried changing the file name and a few other things, but nothing worked.
I don’t remember exactly when it started, but it’s been happening for about a week.
I’d really appreciate it if you could look into it if you find anything.

Re: Data on iCloud
I would suggest you to logout from your Apple ID in Settings app on your iPhone, and then log back in.
Re: Data on iCloud
Unfortunately, that didn’t work.
I’d be glad if it got fixed at some point.
