Error while executing update

After I update the app, it shows a number of errors similar as below:
Error while executing update: INSERT INTO ICQuoate ("ID", "lastModificationDate", "security", "date", "value") ....
How should I fix this?

No you don't need to backup however it will lose your changes if you've made any after the first error message appeared. If you don't want to lose the transactions you created for example, you can export them and import them back in the latest version.
