I am an Apple user and I have Family Sharing active. I recently purchased a license for iCompta 6 for Mac and in the App Store description of the application, it says that it supports Family Sharing. However, my partner, who is included in the family group cannot see the application as available for installation.
What steps do we need to take so that my partner can use the license that I have purchased?

There isn't any particular step except having activated family sharing for your Apple account. In the Mac App Store you can select "yourself" in the bottom left corner of the window and then there is a "Purchased by" button in the top right corner that let you select another member of the family.
