How useful is the application for iphone called 'Refunds'? I do not understand the purpose of it. Can you explain it to me? thank you very much

It is used to track refunds you are expecting. For example when you pay for a doctor, you add it in the app to track it so you are able to know if your healthcare has already paid you back or not.
