Ok but... let's say I payed 1 installment
1) I download the new bank statement
2) I transfer the transaction to the Mortgage account
3) I change the status of the planned transaction for that month to created
Rinse and repeat for every month.
Is that correct?

Mortgage
Hi, lately I've been using iCompta to track my mortgage. I created a new account of the kind lending (it's prestito in italian not sure of the translation). So far so good for the first 2 months. My mortgage is flexible... I can mix periods of a fixed rate with variable rate in 2/5 years periods. Wi...

Hi there, let me propose you something you might want to consider in a future version 1) preview the new total when importing new transactions. Sometimes when I import lot of transactions some gets imported again or skipped because either I changed something in my transaction list or whatever reason...

Planned transactions
Hi, I just updated to the latest version. Previously my planned transactions would show in the budget screen as a different (lighter) color tone of the category, Now everything is the same main color. Moreover the planned text shows zero, while the total is for sure accounting for the planned transa...

Re: Envelopes
Is that intended or am I missing something again? Yes this is intended Care to explain me the reason behind it for the sake of curiosity? I just don't get it (unless it's something just not implemented (yet?)) Moreover... would it be possible to "track" where I moved moeny from and into? Although t...

Re: Envelopes
While I'm still mildly in love with envelopes... is there any interaction with the classic budget screeen? Example... I move 100€ from food to utilities, utilities starts with 50 euro. Now utilities's budget is boosted to +100 euro totaling at 150€ and the envelope shows a different icon to prove it...

Envelopes
Hi there, my 2 cents on the envelopes feature. At the moments, as it is, it's just another way to display the budget data. The envelopes method, as old as it is, it's indeed efficient for managing rebalancing of resources. Since it seems 90% of the job it's there already, I'm hoping that in the futu...

Re: Budgeting suggestion - a different method
Cyril, thanks and I hope in the future to see some kind of deeper planning added to iCompta. I have another hopefully useful suggestion. You could consider adding modularity to iCompta, so you could keep the core as it is and let people add modules they are interested in separately, at a cost like a...
