Yes, that does make sense and is considerate programming. Thank you.

Re: Dropbox sync action "Send" does not replace file (2.2.13
I save on my MacBook Pro using iCompta from the App Store (currently 4.0.11) and on my iPhone (currently 2.2.13). It made a copy—appending "(1)" to the filename.
For example
Original file = File.compta
New file = File (1).compta
I seemed to have fixed it by renaming the original file so that it no ...

Dropbox sync action "Send" does not replace file (2.2.13)
I updated to iOS version 2.2.13 today and had to reauthorize my Dropbox. Now when using the sync action "Send", it no longer replaces the file, but instead makes a copy.

Re: Wish list and suggestions
Hi Cyril
Is it possible to set the default "kind" for all transactions in an account? For example, to make all new transactions as "Card" for an account that is the type "Credit card"? This way, instead of having to manually set the "kind" for almost all of the debit transactions for that account ...

Re: Feature request: refund partial transaction
Speaking of refunds, how do I enter one? The User Guide doesn't cover refunds...
Do I just check the refund box on the original purchase?
Do I create a new transaction (credit) and then check the refund box? If so, which type do I put for the "Kind"? Is it possible to add "Refund" as a "Kind"?

Deferred Debit
What does "Deferred debit" mean in the New Account page and how does it work? It is not documented in the current User Guide (http://www.lyricapps.com/iCompta/help.php?version=4.0.7).

Re: Download transactions button disabled
It is your account number. Checking/savings/etc. accounts all have unique 10-digit numbers.

Cash transactions that do not affect balance
Hi
I have a feature request, I think (unless there's a way to do this now and I don't know it)
I would like the ability to enter cash transactions that don't affect the account balance, so that I can still manage my spending by category. I'll explain.
Say I deposit a check into my bank account ...

Does anyone use Regions Bank?
Hi
I am a Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth) customer (United States) and I am getting an error when trying to download using iCompta. I cannot get any file manually downloaded from their site to correctly import either (csv, qfx).
I have entered all of the correct information to use the download ...
