Hey all, first time user.

The factory settings for Natwest don't seem to include any details for Direct OFX, even though the website clearly stated Natwest supports it before I paid for, and downloaded the app. Does anyone know them?

Sorry but the web site clearly states the opposite : You have to use the embedded browser instead, but honestly it only takes a few seconds and extra mouse clicks.
