Hello,

i'm new to this program.

I have create only one account and the owner is me.
All of my transactions are add in that account.

Yesterday i bought a gift for one person, but the value of that gift is 100% all of my girlfriend (but it was my credit card used)
And so she now has a debt to me.
Later i will receive a transaction of that value of my girlfriend for me, and the debt it will me sold.

How can i control this in iCompta?

What i have done, but i think don't work:

I add one more people (my girlfriend)
In yerterday transaction, i add a participant (my girlfriend) with 100%
And it shows that she has a debt to me, (appear with no category)
But if i made a check on the 100% of my girlfriend, the debt of my girlfriend disappear
But then it shows this like a "rent" (appear with no category) but don't add that amout to my account.
And when she does the transaction to me, i will have two rent of the same value.

I need help. please.

The checkbox doesn't automatically create an opposite transaction in your account, you have to create it as well and check it.

But when i add that participant (my girlfriend) it was add one line with "no category" and with that value as "rent".
And when i create an opposite transaction in my account,i will have two rent with the same value.

This first image, shows the first transcation that i have that shows the participant at 100%.


And it shows the "no category" with 49,99€ as rent (That i don't receive yet).

This second image, shows my global status:


And if later i add the opposite transaction in my account (when my girlfriend pay), i will have two rent with 49,99€.

Do you understand my question?
What i'm doing wrong?

In the first transaction you have to remove the "Outros" category and only leave "Mariana".
In the second transaction, just put "Mariana" 100% and no other category.
