importing paypal transactions

I have tried the obvious options but nothing seems to working. What is the best way to download a history of paypal transactions?

Go to History > Download history and then choose Comma separated values format.

there is not a file download option with that name. I have tried all including comma delimited.

Comma delimited is the right format to use, what was the problem then ?
