After I got the warning for the second time I got suspicious. I was on 3G connection and got warning the some device is willing to connect. The first time I didn't realize I am on 3G and thought someone's device on the local WiFi wants to connect so I dismissed it. This morning however it happened again. I looked up the IP address and it comes from China.

Is it possible that the server is active even when I'm on 3G connection?

Yes the server is active even on a 3G connection. In V3 I'll make it active only when you go in the Backup section to fix that.
