Importing!!

I cannot figure out how to import to my iPad2 my financial data from my PC or my financial institution! I've tried the "retore", I've tried the "backup", it won't restore from dropbox. I need DETAILED instructions on how I do this SIMPLE task! Thank you

Touch the backup line on the left menu of the main screen and use your PC browser to connect to the address
http://192.168.x.x written there. Please note that you have to be connected to the same WiFi network as your PC.

What I'm trying to do is import from my PC to my Ipad2. I have a csv file and an ofx file. how do I import FROM my pc using one of those data files to my iPad?

I did what you said but all i get is a backup of my ipad data not the other way around.

In the following screen click on the "Choose file" button in the "Import" section, select "OFX" item and click on the "Import" button.
