Partially reconciled transaction

Just wondering :
If I'll get payed for a job €500 and I'll get a €100 upfront and €400 after when it's done, would it be possible to put it as one transaction and have say 20% reconciled and rest pending ?
Or do I need to put it as two transactions - one for €100 and second for €400 ?
