I'm unable to sync the desktop app with an iPhone 3GS...
Desktop app sits at synchronizing but sync never occurs...
Has anyone else experienced this issue?.... Is this a known issue?

iPhone App ver. 2.2.6
Desktop App ver . 4.0.9 [Mac]

Try to reboot your Mac, your iPhone and your ADSL box, router, modem if you have one.

Rebooted all three... still not syncing
