I'd like to make a request for some more shortcut keys specifically for entering new transactions.I, like many others, like to keep my hands on the keyboard when entering a lot of transactions and using the mouse is inconvenient.

May I suggest something like:

^ + cmd + N for new transaction,
+ and - when on the date field gives plus one day and minus one day
+ and - when on the amount field gives credit and debit.

This will aid data entry tremendously.

I don't think Apple + N is shortcut for new transaction in my case.

How can we change or check the current shortcuts???

I really need to know these shortcuts.

It's written on the right of the menu items of the menu bar.
