4.0.6 New Budget printing feature

This is not a fatal bug, but one you can fix in next update.
In 4.0.6 you have added a new feature to print budgets, which I can do under File menu > Print.
What I have noticed, is that the "Print" icon at the top of the main window is still greyed out and not available when looking at budgets, but it is when looking at an account.
