I have iPad and iPhone but no mac how can I sync???

As title says, I'd like to sync my iPhone and iPad data, but it seems impossible... Surely I'm missing something here!.!

You have to initiate the synchronization from the iPad so click on the Synchronization line in the left list on the iPad.
