Unable to download from Chase

I was VERY pleased to find iCompta. I'm in search of the right financial software and hope this is it. I am currently unable to connect to Chase, however.

I've tried various combinations of Encoding, Application Version, different account numbers I have there, etc. I keep getting the "Error importing transactions" message.

The "log" shows the request, but there's nothing after the response. I CAN connect using MS Money, Quicken and Mint.com -- so I know it's enabled on their end. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Make sure the type or your account is credit card and change the OFX server URL to https://ofx.chase.com.

No luck yet. I've changed the OFX server to what you suggested.

The account number I've entered is a checking account number. When I leave it set to THAT account type, this is the response:
Server error occured. Received HttpStatusCode of 400
Even though it's a checking account number, I tried setting it to a Credit Card. This was the response:
<OFX><SIGNONMSGSRSV1><SONRS><STATUS><CODE>0<SEVERITY>INFO<MESSAGE>SUCCESS</STATUS><DTSERVER>20100728214408.205[-4:EDT]<LANGUAGE>ENG<FI><ORG>B1<FID>10898</FI></SONRS></SIGNONMSGSRSV1><CREDITCARDMSGSRSV1><CCSTMTTRNRS><TRNUID>3571DC76-17A9-48D5-8F4E-5A6496633B54<STATUS><CODE>2003<SEVERITY>ERROR</STATUS></CCSTMTTRNRS></CREDITCARDMSGSRSV1></OFX>
Thoughts?

Ok then try with the account type to "Checking" but check the Bank ID field and enter your bank routing number in it.

Great! Chase checking accounts are in. Thank you.

Now, on to the savings accounts. Encountering some challenges there.

I'm using the same Chase login username and password. I set account number to that of the savings account. I tried with and without the bank routing number. Here's what I got back:

Response with the bank routing number:
OFXHEADER:100
DATA:OFXSGML
VERSION:102
SECURITY:NONE
ENCODING:USASCII
CHARSET:1252
COMPRESSION:NONE
OLDFILEUID:NONE
NEWFILEUID:NONE
<OFX><SIGNONMSGSRSV1><SONRS><STATUS><CODE>0<SEVERITY>INFO<MESSAGE>SUCCESS</STATUS><DTSERVER>20100729225050.724[-4:EDT]<LANGUAGE>ENG<FI><ORG>B1<FID>10898</FI></SONRS></SIGNONMSGSRSV1><BANKMSGSRSV1><STMTTRNRS><TRNUID>C7DEA0C4-AD5A-4EC4-98B6-CDBF05752FD8<STATUS><CODE>2003<SEVERITY>ERROR</STATUS></STMTTRNRS></BANKMSGSRSV1></OFX>
Response without the bank routing number:
Server error occured. Received HttpStatusCode of 400
