Import/Export Encoding

Hi,
First of all - it's a great application. Thank you.
I have a request, could extend list of available encoding in import and export transaction dialogs?
I use another program to enter transactions on the go (I have Palm Treo 650) and it using CP1251 Encoding for store QIF files.
Now I have to do "iconv -f CP1251 -t UTF8 file.qif" before import but it is not convenient
