Problem with QIF import

Post by artdawggy »

I have read other posts with this problem but the solutions didn't help me. I have tried dd.MM''yyyy but that is not working. I am downloading a QIF file from LloydsTSB.

The format is as follows when opened in a text editor:
D29/06/2009
T-29.99
PWWW.BRACKETSRUS.CO . CD 4019
^

Anyone know what string I need to use to get the transactions to import correctly from the QIF file?

Use dd/MM/yyyy for your file.

Glad I found this posting, as I too was having difficulty with dates in regards to my .qif file imports (all transactions appearing in January, no month import):

the bold cap "MM" in dd/MM/yyyy is vital!

Reimport thereafter successful for me.
