Hello Cyril,

As far as I know, iCompta does not allow editing of the table of payers, status (only predefined types), transaction types, tax categories, and projects (only one per split).
I would like to change the name of a project that I have already used in many transactions. How can I change its name in all of them?
By the way, could this be done by editing the iCompta database with some tool? Or would that compromise its integrity?

P.S. Any news about version 7 for us veteran iCompta users? Or even a new feature coming in version 6?

You can search the name of the projet and then select all transactions. If they all have just one split, you will be able to modify the project name for all transactions at once.

You can modify the SQLite database with a third party app such as "Base" on the Mac App Store but this is at your own risk obviously. Don't do it if you don't fully understand what you're doing.

It progresses very slowly but it's not stale at least.
