Budget: Categories without values

Hi
I made two different budgets. One of them shows all data like expected. The second one with the same data I want capture, shows no transactions (I should also see the amount of 2'549.20).
Please have a look on the images.
What do I have to do, so I see also in the second budget (different target) all datas?
