Problem with import configuration

Hi,
i'm having a problem with the configuration for importing csv.
After selecting the file to import - entering encoding and date format - a window will open with a list for selecting fields. Every pulldown will only end up by showing an empty but checked entry.
How can I actually change or define the configuration?
