Number format

Location: Brazil (In international perfpane: Format / Region = Brazil )
Language MacOS: French (In international perfpane: Language = France )
And knoz, the problem: i canot enter any number above 999,99. It seems that thousands format is cnflicting whis international perfpane ...
I tried to enter in the following format:
1000 got 0,00
1 000 got 0,00
1.000 got 0,00
1,000 got 1,00
When I changed In international perfpane: Format / Region to FRANCE, it works corretly.
