Download transactions button disabled

I created a new account and entered my login information for my online account. Still, the "Download transactions" button is disabled when I select the account. Am I missing some step in enabling it?

You must enter your account ID also.

Huh. I don't even know what that could mean. What is an account "id"? I see when I enter numbers in there, the Dowload button becomes highlighted, but I have no idea what numbers to put in there.

It is your account number. Checking/savings/etc. accounts all have unique 10-digit numbers.
