Some transactions show, some don't...

I do not understand - the system is set up on my MAC but when I send to he iPhone (lite version) I have some transactions that are there (Edit shows everything) and some that are not - though I cannot see any differences in the setup screens.
Any ideas?
I have restarted, edited, and resent from the iMac...

This is the "Lite" version so only a few transactions are shown and the others are replaced with "iCompta Lite" text...

but that's the goal of a lite version too ... what the interest to have a full version at 5$ if the lite version contain all functions ?
