Set fields to export, print subcategories and detailed view

Dear Team,
I have a problem that in those of iCompta features has problems that I can't solve my need.
Problem: I need to export or print month transaction to my finance department
First alternative: If I print it, the report only show until the 2nd categories sublevel.
Ex.: Coust -> Recurrent -> Administrative -> Energy
in the report only show Coust -> Recurrent. So my department need whole information.
Second alternative: since the first alternative failed I doc the detailed on field NAME (on each transaction) to export to CSV and create the report on Numbers/OpenOffice
Ex.: in previous case - name = "Energy". So in this case, the field "NAME" wasn't exported to CSV..
Questions/Suggestions:
1 - How to configure which fields to export
2 - How to increase the number of category levels to print
3 - How to print the detailed view
Thank you and congratulations for the software. I'm anxious to get the V5.
