Bug report - unable to change transaction date

Hi,
I realized that on this verge of V5 release this might not be the given too much priority, but I still think it might help to bring this bug our attention. I have been trying to input transactions on the desktop, and the date field only lets me have today's date. If I chose any other date it would go to blank, and if I type it in manually it would not enter. I'm not sure how much of V5 is based upon the current version, but I still think it's a good idea to keep an eye out for this little bug.
