We have monthly budgets for food, entertainment, automobile gas and general merchandise items. These categories are all tracked on a monthly and yearly basis. At times we will review previous months (what went wrong or why did we do so well?) It seems like the budgets and expenses only show up when you are looking at a month, during the same month (defined by your device date). How can we review a previous months budget/expense status?

You have to touch the periods button in the bottom toolbar to be able choose a previous month to display.

Thanks for the reply, but I see only a reports button on a tool bar at the bottom of the screen while I am viewing a budget

Yes this is the "Reports" button indeed, my mistake.

Thanks, I see the summary report(s) now. Is there a way that once you are looking at the budget/expense summary (before you hit the reports button) and hit the individual budget lines and then the makeup of each budget/expense would popup?

Not currently but it will be added in V5.
