split categories automatic recount

Hello
Are there any plans to include automatic recount in split categories. so when i enter a value in one categorie, that it will automatically recount all the other categories up to 100%? I saw this in MoneyWiz and I quite like that.
Also I would like to be able to manually reorder categories in budget. Until now it orders automatically to the highest value you add. but i dont want to enter values just so they order like i want them to be. i would like to order them just the way i want them to be, whatever the value is.
if you could add these features, i would be very thankful.
