Starting date - suggestion

Hi there,
I miss one thing.
I get my salary every 10th of the month. So I tend to do all my calculation starting from 10 rather than from the first day of the month.
Too bad all the statistics and reports seem to start from day 1 of the month so when it's time to check how I fared, I'm screwed.
I'd love to have an option to set an arbitrary day as "first day" of the month, possibly along with other things in a sorely missing nice options screen
Anyway something like that is already possible when creating budgets. (starting date, ending date)
