You can select the "Backup" line in the main list under the accounts and then send the backup by email.

On pressing "send a backup via email" I am getting a error message "Error while saving Document"

Arf, yes it makes sense. If you have a Mac, you can bypass this issue with the following method to extract your accounts file from iCompta 6 on your iPhone : https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/119585

I only use iCompta on my iphone and iPad. I do not have a Mac.

Ok well then I assume you have enabled iCloud synchronization between the 2. Have you done many changes since the last synchronization ? If not, you can simply close the document to go back to the document selector screen, delete the document and then recreate it by clicking on the cloud icon.

When I open the program and press on Synchronisation, at first it says that the last synchronisation on icloud was done on the 13 June 2025 at 7.46 pm. After several seconds the error we have been talking about appears and the date of last synchronisation on iCloud changes to the 2nd July 2025 at 6.42 am, which is today and at this time I am typing. This keeps happening if I close and reopen the program. Does this help?

If I do what you are suggesting, would that create the same problem?
