Go to iTunes/Mobile Applications folder --> OK
Click on iCompta.ipa and rename it iCompta.zip --> OK
Double click on it to expand, it will create a folder named iCompta --> OK
Open that folder and go in the Payload folder --> OK
Replace iCompta.app with the one you downloaded above --> I replaced the icompta file from payload folder with the
downloaded one!
Go back to iTunes/Mobile Applications folder --> OK
Move iCompta.zip to the trash --> OK
Right click on iCompta folder and click on compress menu item --> OK
Rename iCompta.zip to iCompta.ipa --> OK
Try to sync --> itunes say: it is not a valid app!

I got another idea, can you send me (cyril.anger@lyricapps.com) your iCompta.ipa file ? I'll modify it and send it back.

I think apple have enough problems with their iphone 4 therefore
there is no time for answering app question
Nevertheless I updated to iOS4 and now iComptaMobile is working great!

Just for information the next update will support iOS 3.1 again. It should be available next week I think.
