I don't want to bring bad news but I think the same problem will happen eventually with this new file. I believe this is a system bug but I'm still waiting for Apple's answer.

I'm working with new file in last hour, I try to save it, to create new transition but I have no crash at the moment (only icons with square).
I will try to use it again and I hope it will continue to work.
Anyway if you will have some news about please post me it.

I finally found the origin of the issue and a solution !

In fact it crashes when you have modified "Open with" field on the accounts file from the Finder.
So in order to fix that you need to hit cmd-I on the accounts file, go in "Open with" and choose "iCompta (default) (5.1.3)". Then click on "Modify everything".
